The Center for Leadership and Development was looking for a way to quickly and easily show its course catalog to site visitors. With 22 different classes in three separate categories, it was difficult for users to figure out where to begin. Furthermore, we needed to present CLD’s differentiators that set them apart from their competitors – in-person training sessions at a client’s business, or a robust virtual training experience.
Our team developed a course finder tool that asks two simple business questions to help narrow down the course catalog by showing the most relevant options at the first stage of their search to simplify the course selection process. By also presenting more course overview information up front, we’re giving users more information up front in order to maximize conversions and class registrations.
