Hotel is known for its impeccable quality, lavish tranquility,
serene atmosphere, and international prestige. Las Vegas is
synonymous with excitement, noise, lights, and glitz. And,
it’s a city where hotels are the major attraction. So how does
a quiet, intimate hotel (with a no-gaming policy) find its
place among the many extravagant competitors of the Las Vegas
Strip?
Jacob Tyler worked closely with hotel to
understand the specifics of the Las Vegas market and the
hotel’s target demographics.
Some of the work that
ensued from these targeted marketing efforts included a total
rebranding of the hotel’s signature restaurant, Verandah
(including a new
logo design, menus, signage, stationery,
advertising, and promotional materials), spa brochure and
materials, various in-room collateral, concepts and execution
for direct mail campaigns, on-site promotional posters,
property maps, and other promotional materials.
JTCG's creative and marketing support for the restaurant rebranding
contributed to a 30% increase in reservations during the
subsequent year.
