The challenge was two-fold. The new brochures had to be innovative, tasteful, and in a variety of formats suitable for their small to mid-size business customers. As well, they required delivery in a format that was easy to manage electronically with the use of Adobe Photoshop® and Macromedia Flash® for their large staff of designers. JTCG tackled the project by creating a series of themed brochure templates with styles such as "high-tech", "Flair", and "Bold" to offer a wide variety of creative options. The brochures were created in Photoshop and use layers and masks so images can be efficiently imported and manipulated into each design and then exported to the Web. The design process now takes minutes instead of days, thus increasing customer conversion, and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
