Concerned that they were not reaching the ‘teen’ market, NIDA asked Jacob Tyler to
create a brand that would resonate with the capricious 13–19-year-old age bracket.
After research and focus groups, JTCG determined that the site was reaching the "tween"
market (ages 9-12) and not capturing their main target market. JTCG took on a full
re-design of the site and created a
Web 2.0 design and functionality, giving teens the
ability to design their own screen savers, t-shirts, AIM icons and more.
