08.01.06 - Jacob Tyler Creative Group Designs Written, Inc.'s Web Site to Connect with Human Resources and Corporate Screeners
Creative Director Uses Design as a Tool to De-Mystify Handwriting Analysis
San Diego, CA - In this era of false identities and bogus online college degrees, corporate screeners and human resources departments need every tool at their disposal to really "know"
their candidates before committing to a new hire. Thanks to Jacob Tyler Creative Group, companies will find Written, Inc. of Temecula, California, whose new Web site WrittenInc.com offers one of
the most accurate tools available-handwriting analysis.
Creative Director Les Kollegian of San Diego-based Jacob Tyler Creative Group was chosen to help name the company and create Written, Inc.'s complete corporate identity package.
He began with the premise that Written, Inc.'s target audience wasn't the general public; it was Corporate America. From there, he created their logo, stationery, print collateral
and Web site with design cues conveying a progressive, more techie corporate look. The WrittenInc.com site is designed to visually compel the hundreds of corporations-many Fortune
500-who regularly use handwriting analysts to screen potential job candidates. Said Ryan Vener, Written, Inc.'s Vice President of Business Development, "Les Kollegian's design sense
is pristine. Our new design incorporates clear messaging with a look that conveys everything we wanted and needed." Added Kollegian, "I wanted to ensure that in a visual sense, this business
didn't get lumped into the same category as palm reading. It's a legitimate science. This is the phase one release...we will be adding a lot of intricate flash and database functionality over
the coming months that will really help to ensure their success online. We are very excited about it."
The general public is mostly unaware that criminal profilers at the F.B.I. and C.I.A. regularly use handwriting analysis to trail perpetrators. Applications for handwriting
analysis range from keeping sample handwritings of all employees in the event of poison pen letters, to hiring the right personality type to fit a particular job. For more information,
