Communications Specialist

Jenny Neill is a communications specialist with expertise in Information Technology, Business, Public Health, and Wine-yes, you read it correctly, wine—communications. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, is certified by the University of Washington Extension School in Software Product Management, and holds the Advanced (Level 3) Certificate from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. And, she's not a polyglot yet, but that hasn't stopped her from studying Italian after her early forays into French in grade school.

She has over thirteen years of experience leading project teams, producing a wide variety of written documentation including marketing materials, and speaking in front of lay and expert audiences. More recently, Jenny has put her certification in Software Product Management to good use on a variety of technical and marketing projects for clients such as Agilent Technologies, Schering Corporation, WebMD, Coca Cola North American Fountain, Unisys, and Microsoft. One recent example of her technical writing expertise is the "Shared Web Hosting Deployment Guide" available at Microsoft.com.
