She has led turn-around efforts, cultural change initiatives, executive transition strategies, and new product introductions for consumer technology, business technology, and healthcare organizations. Tracy started by studying the effect of the media on public perception at UC San Diego as an undergraduate, and then broadened her understanding of communications and leadership excellence by earning a Master of Divinity at Azusa Pacific University.
