Long-term relationships with our clients is the key to our long-term success
Because at Jacob Tyler Creative Group, we think of our team as an extension of yours, our engagement process always begins with a get-to-know-you stage. Before we can propose a solution that meets your needs, we must first learn about you, your products, and your current marketing objectives.
We want to understand your corporate culture as well as your product or product line.
While we are capable of completing "surgical strike" projects, our goal is to create a long-term relationship with all of our clients. Keeping our clients satisfied for the long haul is how we have succeeded for the past six years and how we intend to stay successful for the next six and the six after that.
That get-to-know-you stage is the first of six phases we apply with each new client for any type of project including web design or graphic design.
Our job is to help you tell your story as clearly and convincingly as possible. In order to do that, we need you. You set the goals, you provide us access to your company's offering and the experts inside your company that can give us the raw content and concepts we need to be able to express the essence of your message.
Together, your team and the Jacob Tyler Creative Group team, will explore, plan, create, and deliver.
1. Analyze Your Needs
During this phase, we meet with you and your staff to listen to your requirements and to ignite your imagination by seeing some examples of what we have done for our other clients. The goal of this phase is to determine your specific goals and to explore the various options for achieving them. Many firms fail in this simple but essential stage of marketing. Without clear objectives, neither team-yours or ours-will be able to judge whether the project is a success.
2. Propose a Solution
Having completed the first phase, we establish clear goals for the project. Our team explores, often through questionnaires or follow-up phone calls, some general options and determined what design standards your company already follows. This continuation of discovery allows us to sift through which possibilities make the most sense for your company based on your budget and timeline. In a typical project, we present you with a proposal to present you with the options we think will best fit your project objectives.
3. Determine a Course of Action
Many of our clients ask us to present our findings to a group whose mission is to approve further steps. The Jacob Tyler Creative Group is happy to meet with you again to facilitate a discussion of the solutions we have proposed. During this phase, our joint teams agree to timelines and key roles, such as who will act as lead project manager and which members of your team are authorized to make decisions on the project and how. We work with you and your key stakeholders to ensure our plan meets your strategic objectives. We operate under the guiding philosophy that since no two clients are exactly the same, and neither are two projects for the same client, each project plan must reflect the project's unique requirements.
4. Manage the Project
Our internal organizational structure and the varied specialties of our principals help us to succeed in meeting your goals. We use only the support we need, and because we actively maintain relationships with a pool of talented and experienced freelancers, our team can grow to meet the needs of any project. We use tools such as our intranet to make sure our managers, designers, writers, and developers are in constant communication. Our experience working together on a wide variety of projects over the years means we know how to deliver highly creative collateral and solutions on schedule and to your specifications.

6. Maintain and Improve Your Brand
Our work does not end upon completion or launch of the project. We understand that our reputation is staked upon the results that our media achieves. The Jacob Tyler Creative group recognizes that to stay vibrant and effective, your collateral requires maintenance and the occasional make-over. Our goal is to be the team you turn to when it's time to make an update or to give an established brand an overhaul.
Why the six Steps?
Why does any industry develop standards and best practices? Because although no two projects are the same, all projects benefit from the checks and balances that planning and assuring quality before a launch requires. The Jacob Tyler Creative Group understands this and is ready to work through these phases with you.
