Quite often, Jacob Tyler receives requests for projects to be completed from clients that are extremely past due in their payments and are completely SHOCKED when we request nicely to be paid for our previous work BEFORE starting anything new.

That being said, we have never handled our payment requests as classic as this… Check out this funny email chain from a graphic designer to a huge tool client… enough said…
