OVERVIEW
Located in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, Terranea Resort occupies over 100 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean. By developing the property around four connections (Sea, Nature, History, and Architecture), Terranea has created a truly unique and lavish experience.CHALLENGE
Jacob Tyler Creative Group was contracted to help the developer brand the resort. We have worked closely with key management to make sure our solutions not only enhance their vision, but address sustainability - all while maintaining a high-end and luxurious product.SOLUTION
Our team has developed a full color palette for the resort, fine-tuned an existing logo, developed branding guidelines and developed stationery and collateral packages for the resort. Additionally we created all identity and marketing materials for the resort including in-room collateral, spa identity, golf course branding, and resort advertising.
